Fantastic and absolutely perfect room with modern bathroom and feather pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. Bonus point for a microwave, a refrigerator, and tea and coffee making equipment. The location was great and stunning - ease of access to a fine art gallery. The most important was the staff - excellent and supportive people. We booked a luxury quadruple room with an exceptionally comfortable bed.

The room was absolutely gorgeous, with a luxurious feel and a huge, comfortable bed. The design was superb, and we particularly loved the chic kitchenette in the room. The location was also fantastic, with everything we wanted to see within a short stroll. We were also pleasantly surprised by the complimentary tea, honey, jam, biscuits, and butter provided in the room. it was a very enjoyable experience during our New Year stay.
There were a few minor issues that detracted from our experience. Additionally, the shower had a tendency to clog quickly, causing dirty water to accumulate.

The location of the hotel in the heart of Verona Historical Centre was simply perfect. We were surrounded by the charming atmosphere of the city, as if we were living in a Renaissance painting. Exploring the narrow streets and tasting the delicious local cuisine made us feel like wandering in a captivating Italian fairytale.

Charming location in Verona Historical Centre: We felt like we were living in a Shakespearean play, surrounded by the enchanting atmosphere of Verona Historical Centre. It truly added a touch of magic to our stay.
Unstable furniture: The furniture in our room was a bit rickety and could use some repairs.
